Dr. Ashok Haldia, is M. Com, FCA, ACMA ,Ph D ,and former MD & CEO, PTC India Financial Services, an Infrastructure lender till September 2018 and Secretary The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He has over 35 years of experience in power sector reform & restructuring, policy & financing of power sector & infrastructure project, public sector policy and management, Corporate Law & governance risk policy & management, resource mobilisation ,formulation of Accounting & Auditing Standards, Identification & Management of stressed assets & their resolution. Apart from being on the board of IFAC, CAPA, he was secretary general of SAFA. He had also worked with PFC and Government of Rajasthan.
